|When to sow||
A variety which has yellow, gold, pink, crimson, orange, purple, green and white striped stems, and green and purple crinkly leaves. Mature plant averages 50cm in height. CULTIVATION; Sow seeds from early October until December, 2cm apart, 5 mm deep in rows 60cm apart. Side dress with COF periodically. Plants will withstand hot weather. Cook leaves like spinach, stems are tasty when boiled slowly like asparagus.
