A sweet tender selection, 20cm bulbous root that is sweet. Eat raw, boiled or stir fried. Cultivation; Sow early Spring – late Summer, 5 mm deep, 12cm by 45cm spacing. Sow 3 or 4 seeds in each spot. Thin to 1 seedling when true leaves appear. Water well as this sweetens the roots and prevents it becoming woody.
